AEON Japan Fair 2022

The Japan Fair is held once a year at AEON to convey Japan’s good qualities to Cambodia’s people, and this was LOKA’s first participation since 2019.
We partnered with Toba Meat to introduce Japanese crossbred beef and Wagyu beef.
The booth was a great success, with approximately 20 kg of food tasting over the two days, and many visitors learned about the benefits of Japanese crossbred beef and Wagyu beef.
We have been selling Wagyu beef with AEON in the past. Still, this time we mainly focused on selling small packages of “Japanese crossbred beef,” which is more affordable and accessible to customers.
Crossbred beef is simply defined as beef cattle born between Japanese dairy cattle and Japanese black beef cattle.
Since this was the first time for us to sell crossbred beef, we were conscious of communicating crossbred beef more widely, and we also focused on conducting a survey on how Cambodian people usually eat beef and their sense of taste to expand the range of proposals to our customers in the future.
